There is a serious health and fitness craze taking over the world, however this day and age a large percentage of people don't want to acquire fitness the old fashion way threw sweat and hard work. For the most part, many people are doing cosmetic surgeries, participating in ridiculous fad diets or looking for the newest magic potion to take. And i quickly realise that no matter how much i sweat, it’s never enough to lose enough weight to have a slim body. Back then, that meant the world to me!in my own head, being fat usually meant that you are unattractive and i would kill to lose all the weight just to be attractive. I remember the time i was 13 when i have a huge crush on this girl. And to show her how serious i am, i declare to her that i’ll lose that extra weight for her.
